 09/10/2017 - villaeileen & Shawn Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Altadena, CA. Wanda San Juan is the perfect guide to buying a home. My husband and I were first time home buyers and she was patient, always accessible, advocated for us and encouraged us throughout the whole process. As first time home buyers, we had so many questions and she was immensely helpful in filtering through the overabundance of conflicting information on the internet and focused us on the things we valued most. She is so delightful to work with, highly personable, genuine, caring and bright. Her wealth of experience is clear and she has so much insight in the marketplace, especially in the area we were searching. She also introduced us to places we had no idea of, which again goes to show her expertise in navigating the landscape of LA. She not only helped us buy a house, but she also has experience on the sellers side and informed us on the sellers perspective.  I wanted to move from Northern California to Southern California and Wanda was the Realtor that made that happen for me. I had to sell my home in Northern California first which was a complete nightmare. Wanda stepped in and worked with my Broker on several occasions to sort some issues out which is not even in her job description! My plan was to purchase a condo in San Dimas. I would travel out to So Cal on the weekends and she would show me everything there was that fit my description. She always went above and beyond for us. She found my dream condo with everything I wanted and more. A neighborhood in a great school district for my daughter, a great floor plan, a pond running in my backyard, a pool and a spa! I mean my place feels like I live in the tropics. Pretty magical! She will always be my Realtor and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell or buy their home.
